3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes
  • Not resell or redistribute our services without written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by Cartnova remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You retain rights to your brand assets and content provided to us.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before project commencement unless a milestone plan is agreed upon.
  • Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided during onboarding. Delays caused by client inaction, content delays, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.

7. Revisions and Support

8. Third-Party Tools

We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, access to services and files may be revoked.

You retain full ownership of all content, images, logos, and data you provide to Cartnova for use in your website. By submitting this content, you grant Cartnova a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

15. Hosting and Domain

Unless specified in your package, Cartnova does not provide hosting or domain registration services. You are responsible for securing and maintaining your hosting and domain. Cartnova can assist with setup and integration upon request.

16. Confidentiality

Cartnova agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by the client. This includes business strategies, customer data, and any non-public materials. We will not disclose such information to third parties without written consent.

17. Data Protection and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of the internet. You agree that Cartnova is not liable for unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches beyond our control.

18. Service Limitations

Cartnova’s services are subject to limitations based on the capabilities of third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix). We will inform you of any constraints during the planning phase. Custom features may require additional development time and cost.

19. Feedback and Testimonials

By submitting feedback or testimonials, you grant Cartnova the right to use them for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you prefer anonymity, please notify us in writing.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cartnova harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

21. Force Majeure

Cartnova shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or platform downtime.

22. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, under Indian law.
